Step One

Please use the link below to download TeamViewer on the machine. Once it's downloaded click on the file to open. (You may have to allow it from the UAC pop-up)

Step Two

The software will now open, the two things we need from you is your TeamViewer ID and the Password.

Step Three

Now it is time to give us a call and book an appointment (If you haven’t already).

We will give you a time slot. We will need

Your ID for TeamViewer
Your Password for TeamViewer
Your phone number
Your name
A description of the problem (We may phone you when we take control of the booking for more guidance and information)

Additional Information

During this work please leave the computer and especially the mouse and keyboard alone.

You will be able to watch the process on your monitor!!
